Donation Refund Policy



If you change your mind about contributing to the National Parkinson Foundation, we are happy to honor your decision as long as you
request a refund within 30 days of the date on which you made the contribution. 

 

Refunds requested for donations made to a Moving Day event will be processed by the chapter hosting that event.  Please click here for chapter contact details if you wish to request a refund.

 

Approved refunds will be issued by the chapter as a credit to the credit card used for the original contribution for non-participant donors.
For participants who donate on their own page, a check will be processed by the chapter. Please be sure to provide the confirmation number
from the original receipt.

 

For refund requests on general Moving Day donations made to the National Parkinson Foundation national office you can either call
